BESA STUDIOS SHIPPING POLICY
Preorder Fulfillment
Besa Studios Drop 001 items are offered on a preorder basis. This means your order is placed before the garments are ready for immediate shipment.
Please allow approximately 6–10 weeks for production and fulfillment after the applicable preorder period. This timeframe is an estimate and may change due to manufacturing, quality control, freight, or other circumstances outside our direct control.
If a significant delay occurs, we will provide customers with an update.
United States Shipping
Standard shipping within the United States is $8.
Orders of $100 or more qualify for free standard U.S. shipping.
Shipping transit time begins after your order has completed production and has been fulfilled by Besa Studios. Preorder production time is separate from carrier transit time.
Tracking
Once your order has been packed and shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address or contact information provided at checkout.
Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information after the shipping label is created.
International Shipping
International shipping is not currently available. We intend to expand international shipping as Besa Studios grows.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact Besa Studios as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.
Besa Studios is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
Lost, Damaged or Missing Packages
If your package arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or appears to be missing, please contact Besa Studios with your order number and relevant details.
For packages marked as delivered but not received, customers may also need to contact the shipping carrier to investigate the delivery.
