How long are preorders open?
Drop 001 preorders will remain open for  7 days.

When will my order ship?
Drop 001 is produced after the preorder period closes. Please allow approximately 6–10 weeks after the preorder window closes for production and fulfillment.

When does production begin?
Production begins after the preorder period ends and final order quantities are submitted to our manufacturer.

Can I cancel my preorder?
Yes. Preorders may be canceled while the preorder window is still open. Once the preorder period closes and production begins, orders can no longer be canceled.

Can I change my size after ordering?
Size changes may be requested while the preorder window is open. Once production begins, size changes may no longer be possible.

What happens if production is delayed?
If there is a significant production or shipping delay, customers will be notified by email with an updated timeline.

Are preorder items returnable or exchangeable?
Please refer to our Refund Policy for current return and exchange terms. Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect should be reported to us as soon as possible.

How should I care for my Besa Studios garment?
Wash cold and inside out with like colors. Use mild detergent and avoid bleach. Hang dry when possible or tumble dry on low heat. Do not iron directly over printed or embroidered artwork.

Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Can I order multiple items together?
Yes. If your order contains multiple preorder items, the order may ship together once all items are ready for fulfillment.
